Pixie Dust Glitter Blue Silvermist Tutu
This handmade super fluffy tutu is constructed with yards and yards of top quality soft tulle in light blue, turquoise and wedgewood blue.
The entire tutu is then subjected to "fabric painting" with silver glitter. The glitter is absolutely safe for children, is non-toxic, and once dried, is permanent.
The glitter will not flake off, rub off nor run if in contact with water. Your tutu will GLISTEN and SPARKLE for years of play.

6-12 months: 8" in length; the relaxed waist of 16" stretches to 19"
12-18 months: 8" in length; the relaxed waist of 17" stretches to 20"
